This one of my recent commissions that I have often mentioned about while posting on my facebook page but never went into detail about.

This was created for Albin Johnson through a mutual and a very dear friend. It is of his daughter Katie who passed away about 4 years ago from brain cancer. If you would like to know more about Katie and her story you can find it here at [link]

I was able to present this piece to Albin, his wonderful wife Kathy and their oldest daughter Allie at the Dragon Con 501st party. With the help of my very dear friend Joe.

I don't remember exactly how many hours was spent on this piece due to the fact that I would slowly work on it and go back and change a few things. I'm still trying to learn better ways of painting skin and I have never really had much luck drawing or painting children when they look like innocent children. lol Lots of work a head to keep improving.

Prints will only be available through the 501st and the Rebel Legion. The bulk of the proceeds will be going to the Make A Wish foundation through the KM4KT project.
